Conditioning and Fitness Activities
This Class is designed as a one semester elective Physical Education class for freshman, sophomore, juniors and senior students. This class is not to replace students required Physical Education Class.
The strength and conditioning course is being designed for students to develop an understanding of the different movement concepts, the proper training principles, explain proper muscle function for anatomy being developed, strategies and tactics as they apply to the learning and performance of strength and conditioning. During this course students will show the ability to identify and practice responsible personal and social behavior in physical activity settings
