Dear Students, Parents, and Guardians,

Welcome to the Jeannette Junior-Senior High School for the start of another great school year! I hope you had a wonderful summer break. I am looking forward to starting my eighth year with the district and my sixth year in this building. I am beyond excited for another great school year!

As the new academic year begins, we eagerly anticipate the opportunity for our journey of learning, growth, and discovery together. Our dedicated faculty and staff have been working hard to prepare an enriching and safe environment where every student can thrive.

At Jeannette Junior-Senior High School, we believe that education is a collaborative effort between school, home, and community. We encourage open communication and active participation from all parents/guardians to ensure the success and well-being of our students. This year, we are excited to introduce several new initiatives and programs that will further enhance the learning experience for our students which include senior internships, additional math courses, and small group academic sessions.

We would like to invite parents and guardians to our upcoming Back to School Night on August 18, 2026 from 6:00-8:00pm Here, you will have the opportunity to meet teachers, learn about classroom expectations, and gain insights into the curriculum and activities planned for the year ahead.

I encourage you to stay engaged with our school community through our website, social media, Parent Square messages, and regular communication with teachers.
