Home/Out of Class Work:
  • Students can improve their skill set in math and English by continuing their individualized progress outside of class.  This can be done through the IXL online learning program by clicking: https://www.ixl.com/signin/jeannettejshs
  • Khan Academy is an additional option for students when working outside of class and their teacher is not available to answer a question by clicking:   https://www.khanacademy.org/

In Class Work:
It is important for every 11th and 12th grade student to improve their self advocacy skills.  When in class maximize every minute by asking for help when you do not understand or when you need clarification of directions.  Working to improve your self advocacy skills will maximize your progress in all of your classes as well as preparation for life after you graduate from high school.
