National Honor Society (NHS)

National Honor Society recognizes juniors and seniors who demonstrate excellence in scholarship, service, leadership, and character. Membership is an opportunity for students to be recognized for their accomplishments while continuing to make a positive difference in our school and community.

Throughout the year, NHS members take part in meaningful service projects, including two of our biggest annual traditions: the Turkey Challenge 100, which helps provide Thanksgiving meals to families in need, and Operation JHS (Jayhawks Helping Santa), which brings our school community together to help make the holiday season brighter for local families.

Each spring, NHS welcomes a new group of qualifying juniors and seniors during our annual induction ceremony, celebrating their achievements and commitment to the four pillars of National Honor Society.

Through scholarship, service, leadership, and character, NHS members strive to lead by example and make a lasting impact in our school and community.

Achieve. Lead. Serve. Inspire.
